"Cicely was previously in a nursey setting and has come on in leaps and bounds since starting with Natalie in her home based setting a couple of years ago. She is incredibly happy there and it has been great to she her flourish. Natalie is very supportive of her learning and they go to different playgroups which she absolutely loves and always comes home with the craft they have done that day.

Natalie was employed by us as a nanny to our two daughters for 3 years from September 2006 to September 2009, our daughters were 2 and 4 when Natalie first started and left when our youngest daughter started school.
The girls immediately took to Natalie, and she very quickly became part of our family and is still very much part of the girls' lives, they adore her.
Natalie is a wonderful nanny who I could not recommend highly enough and any future employer would be lucky to have her in their family. We found Little Ladybirds Childcare via google but then we also had a message from a family member recommending them through a friend of theirs which we took as a good sign.
After our initial meeting with Natalie it put our mind at ease but once our son Thomas starting going we knew we had made the correct decision. Not only does Natalie have a great environment for the kids to play and learn she also takes them to a lot of outside playgroups.
Since Thomas has been going there it has improved his abilities with his speech, potty training and confidence to no end and now we have our youngest son Ethan going as well. I have also had conversations with other parents who have said exactly the same as we have experienced.
Natalie is the best childminder we could ever have hoped for. She is absolutely amazing with the kids and what she has done for our boys will never be forgotten.
Natalie is hands down the best childminder out there and we would highly recommend her over any other childminder or pre-school.

I have known Natalie for around three years in the capacity of her employer, and more recently a partner in running a playgroup.
I have found her to be extremely committed, honest and hard working. She has a wonderful ability to gain the childrens' trust.
With regard to playgroup, Natalie is always the one that brings in new ideas i.e. making cakes, using play dough, arts and crafts and is excellent at putting these new ventures across to the children. Nothing seems to worry her and she has a great ability to take on multiple tasks, which in turn benefits all the children.
Unfortunately due to me having my second child and giving up work I no longer employ Natalie. I recommended Natalie to my sister-in-law who subsequently has employed Natalie to look after her children. She has been absolutely astounded as to the quality of the work she does. I would never question leaving any child with her because they would have the time of their lives!
